Electroloy's flux coated solder preform use precision design tooling and unique processing method to strictly control the tolerance of the perform specification and flux volume on the surface of the preform to allow excellent soldering capabilities. With our own in house process, our flux are evenly coated across the solder perform for a more constant soldering ratio and to achieve lower voids results.
