Solder Anode

Electroloy's anode products use high-purity tin with extremely low Pb content and comply with the RoHS directive. The product has a fine crystal structure with less oxides between the grain boundaries in the structure. When the Sn of the anode is ionized and dissolved in the electroplating solution, the oxides that are not needed in the deposition of the electroplating coating will be discharged into the electroplating solution. Electroloy's anodes have low oxide content and extremely low emissions, which can prevent electroplating solution contamination, reduce the frequency of electroplating solution replacement, and do not require cleaning processes, which can reduce costs. Anode products come in various shapes: spherical, hemispherical, hexagonal, octagonal, star-shaped, etc. Special shapes and sizes can be customized upon request.
